BioPhysique Health Hub is an educational platform that facilitates professional review of blood test results by qualified biochemists and practitioners. The service includes marker analysis, nutrition recommendations, supplement recommendations, and messaging between users and reviewers.
This service is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reviewers are not acting as your treating doctor unless explicitly established otherwise. Please read the full medical disclaimer.
Fees are disclosed at the point of purchase. Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of your review being published. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Content you upload remains your property. By uploading you grant us a licence to process, display, and analyse that content for the purpose of providing the service. Platform content including reviewer written analysis is licensed to you for personal use only.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, BioPhysique Health Hub and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Queensland courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
