Health information

Your blood test results and health information are sensitive personal information. Access is restricted to you and the reviewer assigned to your submission. We do not share your health data with any third party for marketing purposes. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve clinical interpretation on the platform.

• Data stored in Google Cloud Firestore within Australian/Asia-Pacific region data centres where possible
• All data transmitted over HTTPS
• Role-based access controls
• Regular security audits

Cookies and tracking

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law (e.g. for tax or compliance records).
